Generate Documents

When the range, mappings, and output settings are ready, click the generation button at the bottom of the mapping screen.

TemplioniX queues the bulk generation request and prepares the generated files according to the selected output format and file name template.

For reusable workflows, save the current mapping as a preset. Presets help you avoid remapping the same template every time you work with similarly structured Excel sheets.

Before generating, check:

  • the selected range contains the rows you expect;
  • required fields are mapped;
  • repeating sections have a group-by or join configured;
  • output format and file name template are correct.
